1 ½ cup of flour (unbleached)
1 cup of sugar (granulated)
2 teaspoons full of cinnamon
½ teaspoon full of baking soda and ¼ teaspoon bakingpowder
1 cup of unpeeled and grated zucchini
¼ cup sour cream (fat free)
1 whipped egg white
½ teaspoon grated lemon peel
½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions of cooking
  1. At the beginning,preheat your oven till it reaches 350 degrees.

  6. Pour this mixture inthe prepared pan and bake it in the pre-heated oven for nearly one hour.
